Our leadership team has over 35 years of experience in hotel operations. Our principals and team members have supervised over $65 million dollars in real estate assets at one time including new property openings and conversions.

The principals of Cambridge Hospitality Management guide a team of hospitality professionals dedicated to the company's core value of “Caring Associates Delivering Proven Results.”

Cambridge's leadership started their careers in hospitality financial management and development prior to transitioning to hotel operations. Our team leaders have been recognized for managing hotels that consistently achieved industry exceeding financial results and quality standards. Management team members have served in such roles as regional director of operations for national hotel groups with oversight of hotels in multiple states and area managers supervising cluster hotel properties. Additionally, principals have served in executive management roles including Corporate Vice President providing leadership for hotel operations across the country.

Cambridge Hospitality's hotel sales & marketing services offer proven strategies for managing e-commerce, hotel revenue streams, and sales processes to increase online traffic and hotel sales. Our Sales Team is passionate about helping hotels achieve their sales and marketing goals, using combined purchasing power to lower the cost of sales. Our hotel sales managers and directors come to the table with many years of experience in the hotel industry, enhancing hotel marketing efforts with their valuable insights and training. Our expert hotel sales and marketing professionals meet with corporate travel managers, leading tour companies and sports travel management organizations regularly, funneling traffic to our hotel properties around the country. We take full advantage of innovative social marketing strategies via social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube.

Building the complete character of the property and achieving recognition of the product requires a unique approach for each individual property and we recognize this. Our team will promote your property to the Feeder Markets suited for your individual hotel.  We put an emphasis on building walls around your Client to retain and grow existing account production. To develop additional room nights, our team leverages our relationships with Market Managers with the major OTA's to maximize revenues and develop the full potential of the hotel asset.  Our experience with leading tour operators opens your property to incremental revenues during shoulder and non-demand periods through exposure at Trade Shows where key decision-makers attend.

Cambridge is focused on Risk Management through education for hotel teams to understand the importance of this aspect of management. Our Human Resources group is keenly involved at the property level for training and consultation  on all levels of associate management, retention and benefit programs.

Using the latest in technology and tech support, Cambridge properties have access around the clock access to all property financial data, cash flow management and labor costs through out Cloud-based systems.

Hotels are open  to serve guests and Cambridge is open to serve our partners with 24 Hour/7 Days a Week/365 Days a Year access to your Operations Supervisor and all Cambridge Hospitality management team members.  Property management has direct lines to Cambridge principals.
